We take your brief and discuss the vacancy in full, developing an understanding of the role to be filled, the executive profile and the culture of your organisation.

All potential candidates are contacted and carefully screened to ensure that they match your specifications.

Where candidates are suitable, we discuss the role in detail and promote your organisation as an employer, gaining their interest and buy-in. This means that you only receive Career Résumés for candidates who are genuinely interested in the opportunity and available to take up a new position.

Career Résumés for selected candidates are forwarded to you for your review.

Once you have identified candidates of interest, we arrange interviews on your behalf. Interview packs are provided for each candidate, containing information about the meeting, your organisation, location of the interview, parking etc.

Finally, we ensure a smooth transition for succesful candidates from offer of employment through to commencement with your organisation.

Rejections are handled diplomatically on your behalf, providing constructive feedback to candidates and, as your ambassador, we ensure that the goodwill of your organisation is maintained at all times.
2. Advertised Search/National Campaigns

We obtain an in-depth brief on the candidate(s) that you are seeking, a detailed understanding of the specific role(s) you are seeking to fill and the culture of your organisation. At this stage, we agree the process which best suits you and your timescales.

An advertisement (designed in consultation with our own production house or by yourselves) is placed in appropriate publication(s), directing applicants to your designated Commercial Finance People recruiting Consultants.

Once received, initial responses are thoroughly screened against the job/person specification and a long-list is drawn up.

After a second screening, a short-list is drawn up and sent to you with Career Résumés and a summary of each candidate.
