1. Employment Agencies Act 2004
We are required to obtain proof of identity for all registering candidates and request that you supply us with a photocopy or scan of one of the following:

Driving Licence;
Identity Card.
The documentation provided must include a photograph. All information will be held securely in accordance with The Data Protection Act.
