As a senior member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing 3 staff who, in turn, are responsible for a portfolio of c120 clients. You will ensure that policy decisions are implemented, representing the interests of the company both internally and externally, ensure efective management of operational procedures, including risk management and that the highest levels of customer service are maintained (full Job Description is available on request). | | Essential Skills: | To qualify for this role, you will need specialist experience of invoice finance working capital funding and collection services, focusing on the SME market. You will understand the differing financing needs of various business types and the risks and benefits inherent in different sectors. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good understanding of commercial financial issues, including the ability to undertake client funding reviews and make balanced decisions.
