You will take responsibility for an existing portfolio of circa 80-150 commercial relationships with incomes of between £1 and £5 million. As well as managing risk, you will also be responsible for organic growth of the book and for attracting new customers, offering a wide range of products and benefits. | | Essential Skills: | Driven and determined to exceed goals and customer expectations, you will be outgoing in influencing and negotiating with a diverse range of colleagues and customers from varying backgrounds and experience. You also need to be able to write clear and concise reports, putting forward your case on why credit applications should be approved.
You will have commercial or corporate banking relationship management experience, be confident, outgoing and well-organised. You will be a clear communicator and possess proven influencing and negotiation skills.
