Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for leading a small team of operational staff, and providing excellent client service to a portfolio of invoice finance clients including:
• Ensuring the security and profitability of the company through efficient and effective management of a portfolio of clients
• Establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient relationship with a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent standards of customer service
• To manage and develop a small operations team | | Essential Skills: | Suitable candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Sydney, Australia quickly and easily.
To be successful in this challenging and demanding role you will be:
• An excellent communicator with high levels of customer service and strong attention to detail
• Experienced within the invoice finance industry, and have had at least 2 years of managerial expertise
• Highly organised and able to multitask, manage and prioritise effectively
• Able to work productively in a team environment or independently
• Self-disciplined, motivated and able to handle responsibility
• Familiar with financial accounts, and Invoice Finance legal documentation
• Able to influence and negotiate with key decision makers
• Capable of coaching and leading teams
• Decisive, proactive and organised
• Ideally degree-qualified in either General Business management or Financial Accounting
